I am very excited about the new biggest loser being on tonight. I am watching it right now actually. I loved it last season and I’m looking forward to this year. There is just something about it that is motivating. Their’s also something depressing about the fact that some of the people on there do weigh less than me. And watching them do it makes me realize how badly I need to exercise more and eat healthier. I suppose the thing here would be “putting my money where my mouth is” or just simply doing it rather than saying it!
