I’m still going to stick with my goal to quit smoking, but I’m not going to go cold turkey. I’m going to do the cut down thing. I was smoking between 10-15 a day. I’m limiting myself to only 10 a day for right now. Then after about a week or so I’ll cut it down to 9. Then 8, ect. Until I’m comfortable with only 1 a day. Then I will stop. I would be too tempted if I quit cold turkey. I’m pretty sure I would get grumpy and because my mom smokes, I would be very tempted.
